1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    A219766E01

  1. Install the generator with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    54 N*m{ 551 kgf*cm , 40 ft.*lbf } for bolt A
    21 N*m{ 214 kgf*cm , 15 ft.*lbf } for bolt B

  1. Install the 2 wire harness brackets with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    8.4 N*m{ 85 kgf*cm , 73 in.*lbf }

  1. Connect the connector and 2 clamps.

  1. Install the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.

    Torque:
    9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm , 87 in.*lbf }

  1. Install the terminal cap.



2. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  1. Install the fan and generator v belt (Click here).



3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the radiator assembly (Click here).



4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque:
5.4 N*m{ 55 kgf*cm , 48 in.*lbf }
